Automatic Bottle Depalletizer is mainly applied to unload PET bottles or cans onto bottle conveying belts to serve the entire production line with the capacity between 20000-50000 BPH. The main components include inputing platform, bale breaking device, bottle conveying platform, empty tray platform, lifting structure, and transfer cart, etc.

Working prcinciple
Raising the botle crib for a bottle’s height per time through the lifting system of the host machine, then conveying structure conveys bottles onto the belt at the same time, the sucker grips the layer partition back to the recycling structure, then goes for the next cycle.
