The company has established Workstation for the Academician, Expert and Enterprise of Guangdong Province. 

They have developed packer, robot and conveying system with successful results. Throughout the whole 

production line, standalone products are arranged soundly. Vanta’s industrial robots are branded as famous

 in Guangdong province.

In 2014, Vanta’s technical director Yin Lilong won “The National Machinery Industry Model Worker of 2014”, senior engineer Zhang Kai won “ the National Labor Medal”, both of them encouraged Vanta’s whole members. In this year, Vanta introduced Deshile bottle blowing team to inject new energy to the production line. Vanta had formed the production line focusing on whole line solutions for food and beverage industries.

In 2013, Vanta owns 65 pieces of patent and forms food and beverage packaging solution centered on bottle blowing machine, filler, labeler, wrap around case packer and palletizer.

In 2012, Vanta increased its annual productivity by 30% and was appointed as Guangzhou’s innovative trial enterprise. Its carton packer won the title of “Guangdong famous product”. Vanta also completed the innovationof 13 new machines such as B801 wrap around case packer, weighing full carton inspector, MR500 single-column palletizer, MJ 160 palletizer etc. In this year, Vanta got many certificates such as OHSMS18001, ISO14001, and AAAA-level.

In 2011, Carton Packer GB/T26959–2011 national standards was formally implemented, Vanta was its first draft unit. It produced WPAPC50 no platform filling machine, PSL24 adhesive labeler, drop-down carton packer etc.

Between 2009 and 2010, Vanta had expanded its R&D skills and produced over 20 products such as barreled water palletizer, MR500 single-arm palletizer, rotary carton packer, robotic carton packer and robotic separator etc. Vanta also became the excellent supplier of beer industry and won “Guangzhou famous trademark”

In 2008, Vanta built the Guangzhou Vanta R&D center of packaging equipment’s engineering and technology. Apart from that, Vanta had won the titles of “Guangdong Provincial technical center”, “Guangdong High-tech Enterprise”, “Guangdong intellectual property superior enterprise” etc.

In 2007, Vanta built modern R&D center, processing center, losgitics center and increased annual productivity by 50%. It successfully developed ZB60 wrap around case packer, hot-melt glue laber and empty bottle inspecting devices. In addition, Vanta put China’s first 70 Wrap Around Case Packer into use in Nanjing.

Between 2005-2006, Vanta successfully developed CX32/CCX40 carton erector, carton sealer, MD40 palletizer, MB 45 shrink wrapper etc. Besides, Vanta innovated China’s first robot palletizer and put it into use. At the same time, Vanta got the certificate of quality management system GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 and gained approval of CE. 

In 2003, Mr. Liu Yuanqiang led his team to found Guangzhou Vanta Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd which is located in Huaxing industrial area of Huadu, Guangzhou with 20000m2 as uasge space.
